Carl Matthews, a synthesist who started out in the late '70's producing Cosmic (Space) Music in the style of the early composers of the German electronic scene. Cassette tapes were produced and distributed by Mirage, Electronical Dreams and the ICR label. Recently the Sandpiper Record label has approached Carl to re-release his early cassette material, this is an exciting new project created by the Sandpiper label owner A S Thomas, see the 'News' link for more details. Just to add that most of Carl's old cassette material is now (or soon will be) available from Sandpiper Records in CD format, remixed and cleaned up!
