This data is by no means exhaustive, but I think it gives a fair representative picture of the varied climate prevalent of these Isles, I also feel it is a healthy data/reference index for other budding Astrometeorological/Mundane researchers.

Comments:
Neptune ruler of Mist, fog, haze, all things that obscure the visibility.
Using the last sidereal solar ingress with only Venus and Neptune we find Neptune in all four charts contacting the angles, note also the two Venus and Neptune contacts.
